DALLAS, Jun 10, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Conflicts Committee of Encore Energy Partners LP (NYSE: ENP) (the "Partnership") announced today that it has retained independent financial, reserve engineering and legal advisors to advise it in connection with any proposal received from Denbury Resources Inc. (NYSE: DNR) ("Denbury") for a transaction between Denbury and the Partnership or certain types of transactions proposed by Denbury between the Partnership and a third party, as announced in the April 30, 2010 joint press release by the Partnership and Denbury. There is no assurance that any proposal will be made by Denbury or that any transaction involving the Partnership will occur.
